About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The International Journal of Educational Leadership (IJEL) is an open access journal dedicated to providing a platform for educational leadership scholars and practitioners to discuss issues and developments in the area of leadership for schools, educational organizations and higher education.
The editorial board is particularly interested in promoting the generation of new ideas and providing a platform for emerging academic scholars to share their research and insights about educational challenges in leading and transforming educational organizations.
Submitted manuscripts must be prepared in English and formatted using APA 6th edition. Manuscripts are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process. The aim of the journal is to promote important and thoughtful work by publishing original papers and articles from the field in educational leadership.
IJEL articles are published when accepted during the year.
