This study sought to address this issue by measuring factors like responsible financial performance, financial knowledge, product expertise, and purchase intentions to determine if ethnic background significantly impacted ones progression towards homeownership. This study sampled college students since the majority of these students currently do not own a home and have lower personal incomes.
