Abstract
Results of an empirical study focusing on information system (IS) managers perception of IS failures are presented. One hundred thirty IS managers participated in this study. The study concluded that in spite of differences in background and personal characteristics, a substantial agreement existed among IS managers on issues of system development, use, and failure.
