An Assessment Of The Human Elements Factor In Telecommunications Technologies Adaptation And Management

Abstract

Technological advancements of the past two decades in computer and telecommunication technologies have assisted many organizations in achieving higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness while other organizations have not been as successful in reaping some of the benefits that these technologies offer.  This paper discusses the role of different factors, particularly the role and impact of the human elements factor, on the successful adaptation and management of telecommunications technologies in organizations.
