About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The International Journal of Educational Leadership (IJEL) is an open access journal dedicated to providing a platform for educational leadership scholars and practitioners to discuss issues and developments in the area of leadership for schools, educational organizations and higher education. The aim of Educational Leadership is to guide and influence teachers, parents, and students towards a common goal in all forms of education.
The editorial board is particularly interested in promoting the generation of new ideas and providing a platform for emerging academic scholars to share their research and insights about educational challenges in leading and transforming educational organizations. Educational Leadership encompasses school leadership, school management, educational policy and process, curriculum and instruction, teacher leadership, teaching methods, instructional leadership, student education, educational administration and educational studies.
IJEL articles are published when accepted during the year.
